While complex is relatively old, the management, maintenance and grounds crew staff seal the deal for this resident of 6 years. Attractive, friendly and the right amenities.

Myself and my Fiance liked the fact how the leasing office customer service was so GREAT!! she helped us, and got our answers right away.. I would recommended it for all you families, Students, Military and seniors for this apartment. Why?? Because its safe for kids.

i needed a place to live and for weeks i have been looking, i put my application into several places, then I ran across this apartment and put my application in and got approved in two days, i had to wait until they got my apartment ready and on the 9th i moved in, it had been totally remodeled, office staff was wonderful and the maintenance crew is right on time when you need something done, the grounds are always clean and this place is wonderful. thank you waterstone apt. for making my move in ez.

I have a one bedroom apartment and its huge. I have to huge couches, coffee table and an entertainment center. And I still have room for a dinning table....
