I’ve had a great experience living here, the apartment complex is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff has been super friendly and helpful. Especially Jalee (the leasing agent), who’s has been overally helpful and great to work with; she’s super welcoming, helpful, and made the leasing process of signing and touring really easy. She was always willing to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I’ve been living here for almost a year and have had only one issue with the ac which was fixed within 2 days which was great. Overall, I really love this property and will most likely be renewing my lease when the time comes.

I’ve truly enjoyed my time living at Waterstone Apartments. It has been a comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful place to call home. The community is beautiful, and the staff has always been kind, friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Kylie, the manager, who has been absolutely wonderful. She is caring, professional, approachable, and always willing to help. Her kindness and positive attitude really made my experience at Waterstone even better. I’m grateful for the wonderful memories I’ve made here and for everyone who made my time at Waterstone feel like home. Thank you, Kylie, and the entire Waterstone team! ❤️

I was able to take a wonderful tour with Jalee, im looking for something more affordable and she was more than helpful when it came to her knowledge on the property and the application process.Any who comes to this property ask for Jalee and she will absolutely take care of you and your renting needs

Maintenance lorenzo was extremely fast on fixing my issue with my Door. Lorenzo does a fantastic job on the swimming pool, keeps it clean all the time. Thank you.

The maintenance crew here are great. They replaced the three light fixtures that were out and have given mi a small counter top microwave until they can replace my over the stove microwave. There is not one available yet so that is why they were good at letting me use a counter top one.
